SNORKELING
One afternoon to discover the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean sea
First Dive
Duration

- Half a day, usually in the afternoon (2.00pm – 5.00pm).
Activity program
-
- Meeting at the Diving Center (usually 2.00pm)
- After being equipped (suit, fins, mask …), an instructor will give you a briefing on the activity and we will head to the Lion Sea, an island about 10 minutes by boat from the port of Frejus.
- You will dive about 20 minutes individually with an instructor to discover new aquatic feelings : Breathe under water and learn about the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean sea (depth not exceeding 6 meters).
- A certificate of first dive will be issued for your first underwater experience.
For who ?
This activity is open to everyone from 8 years (even for people who do not swim so well !).
No medical certificate required.
Only parental permission is required for minors.

Swimsuit, sunglasses, towel (and warm clothes while getting out of water).
Water available on the boat.

You can have more fun by following our french FFESSM or international PADI courses.
You’d become a certified diver and will be able to come back for diving on new sites with us and around the world.

Discover Scuba Diving
Duration

- Half a day, usually in the afternoon (2.00pm – 5.00pm).
Activity program

- Meeting at the Diving Center (usually 2.00pm)
- After being equipped (suit, fins, mask …), an instructor will give you a briefing on the activity and we will head to the Lion Sea, an island about 10 minutes by boat from the port of Frejus.
- You’ll set off for several mini-sessions with an instructor to discover new aquatic sensations:
Get to know the equipment, breathe underwater, learn key techniques and get to know the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean on a bottom not exceeding 6 meters. - A PADI “Discover Scuba Diving” diploma will then be issued for your first underwater experience when you return to port, at around 5pm.

Snorkeling
Duration

- Half a day, usually in the afternoon (2.00am – 5.00pm).
Organization

- You can choose between snorkeling supervised in the water by an instructor (minimum 2 people) or snorkeling not supervised in the water (but safety surface on the boat).
- Meeting at the Diving Center (usually 2.00pm). You’ll be equipped with a diving suit (or shorty), fins, mask and snorkel.
- Direction the “Lion de mer” (“Lion sea”), an island about 10 minutes by boat from the port of Frejus.
- Once the boat is moored, a briefing of the site will be done and we will show you the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean that you will observe.
You will go in the water with fins, mask and snorkel with or without supervision according to your choice at the beginning (about 30minutes with an instructor then free snorkeling or free snorkeling the whole afternoon).
One staff will stay on the boat to secure you.
